Why can't I change my order?

In order to ensure your blooms are ready for to ship in time for your expected delivery date, our Flower Team needs to start preparing them in advance. Whilst we try to give as much flexibility to editing orders as possible, once the order is with the Flower Studio, we unfortunately cannot change your order.

Do make sure to double check your order details on your confirmation page and order confirmation email. You can easily edit your order on My Account.
