I'm not happy- can I return the flowers?

We take great pride in the quality of our flowers and carefully check each stem that we send during the packing process to ensure it passes our high standards. We’ve also worked hard to develop packaging that protects each petal of every bouquet on its journey to you. However, fresh flowers are fragile and very occasionally a bouquet may arrive which doesn’t meet your - or our - expectations.

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of the flowers we aren’t set up to receive returns, so please don’t send them back to us. Instead, contact our Customer Delight team who will do their best to make things right for you.
