What should I do if I have a note instructing me to collect the flowers from the Sorting Office?

We do everything we can to make it clear to Royal Mail that our flowers are designed to fit through the letterbox. However, on the rare occasion the postie isn’t able to deliver the blooms, they may leave a note advising you to collect them from the Sorting Office.

Our bouquets are designed to stay in the very best condition in the box for few days, so whilst we understand the inconvenience, if the recipient is able to collect them within 24 hours they'll be in great shape.

However, if the flowers haven't perked up after 24 hours in water, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Delight team who'll be very happy to help.
