What should I do if there’s a note to collect the flowers from the delivery office?

We do all that we can to make it clear to postmen and women that our flowers are designed to fit through the letterbox. However, on the rare occasion the postie isn’t able to deliver the blooms they may leave a note advising the recipient to collect them from the sorting office.

Our bouquets are designed to stay in good condition in the box for few days, and so whilst we understand it may be inconvenient, if the recipient is able to collect them within 24 hours they'll still be able to enjoy their flowers.

However, if for any reason, the flowers have not perked up after 24 hours in in water, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Delight team who'll be very happy to help.
