My flowers haven't arrived! What do I do?

If you sent your flowers with our free delivery with Royal Mail, it is 94% assured to arrive on the chosen day. However, in some instances the bouquet may arrive on the next available working day. The deliveries are between 8am and 6pm during the day.

Try not to panic, our bouquets are designed to last for a couple of days in the post and still look great after the stems have been trimmed and the blooms have had a good drink for 24 hours.

If the flowers haven’t arrived by 6pm on the day after your chosen delivery day (excluding Sunday) then please let us know and we'll of course do our best to put things right.

We do offer a Premium Delivery service via DPD courier for guaranteed delivery on the desired day, which we always advise customers to opt for when ordering for a particularly special occasion. These deliveries will be sent out to arrive any time up until 8pm on the date you select.

For DPD Courier or Royal Mail Tracked deliveries, we'll email you a tracking link when we send your order out so you can see where the delivery is.
