Of course! We know that things sometimes change. We’ll make sure to give you up to an hour to change your order after you place it which includes cancellations. In order to deliver everything in time, we may need to start preparing bouquets in advance and when that happens we unfortunately are unable to cancel the order.
Please be aware that during peak times, for example Mother's Day, we'll start to prepare orders quite far in advance to ensure we can ensure all the deliveries arrive on time.
