When sending flowers by Royal Mail, you should be able to see the blooms make their way through the system to firstly; the distribution centre, a more local delivery centre and then finally at your town’s delivery office.
It will then be sent out for delivery as soon as possible and you should receive an estimated time slot that the post is normally delivered in that area.
If your tracking hasn’t been updated by 12pm on the day it is due to arrive and you’re worried, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Delight Team and they will help to put your mind at ease!
